HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR PARKING PERMIT
1. IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED PARKING, obtain your permit during the following dates and times at the locations listed below.
2. Parking Permits will not be mailed: they must be obtained in person.
3. Bring your student schedule/bill receipt from admissions and records indicating that you have paid the parking fee. The scheduled/bill receipt must reflect a balance due of zero.
4. Students will be permitted to park without a permit in any student lot
through Monday, June 2 and on Monday, July 7 without
receiving a citation. Parking enforcement in student lots will begin on
Tuesday, June 3, 2008.
5. Student parking in staff lots is not permitted at any time and violators will be cited.
Refunds
Refer to refund deadlines under REFUND POLICY in the class schedule.
- Parking Permit fees will not be refunded automatically thru Web Star.
- Refunds for parking must be requested in person at the Campus Safety office, Building 1500.
- Return the parking permit with your photo ID and student schedule/bill receipt.

DISABLED PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS
In accordance with Fullerton College Education Code 54100 and 67301, requires students and staff to display a valid Fullerton College parking permit in addition to a valid disabled parking placard as defined by Sections 295.5 and 295.7 of the California Vehicle Code when parking in designated disabled stalls. Both the student permit and disabled placard must be clearly displayed while parking in designated stalls as required by Sections 21113 and 22507.8(a). Failure to comply with this section will result in the issuance of a citation.
DESIGNATED PARKING STALLS
Students with the both a disabled placard and student permit displayed will be able to park in the following areas providing the vehicle is parked correctly in a clearly marked parking stall:
- Student stalls
- Metered stalls
- Disabled stalls
DISABLED VISITORS
Visitors with disabled placards may park in any of the above listed stalls at no charge provided a temporary one day permit is obtained from the Fullerton College Campus Safety Office prior to parking. Disabled stalls are provided near the Campus Safety office for the purpose of obtaining a visitor permit. The term visitor for the purpose of this section is any person not a student or staff member of Fullerton College or the North Orange County Community College District.
FULLERTON COLLEGE CAMPUS SAFETY DEPARTMENT
The Campus Safety Department operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The primary responsibility of the department is to provide for the safety and protections of students, staff, and visitors on District premises, as well as the protection of District property. GENERAL
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES FOR FIRE, POWER FAILURE, BOMB THREAT, OR
EARTHQUAKE
In
the event of a major emergency on campus, the Incident Command
Center (ICC) will be activated a the Campus Safety Office located in
the 1500 building, phone (714) 992-7343 or Ext. 27343.
The Officer-In-Charge of Campus
Safety will assume command.
Notifications:
1.Call Campus to identify emergency.
2.
For Fire, pull fire alarm.
3.
Campus Safety will initiate emergency notifications to
administrative staff and outside agencies.
4.
Alert Campus Safety to aid in evacuation of physically disabled
persons.
5.
Staff and/or Campus Safety will evaluate the situation and take
appropriate steps to insure a safe and timely evacuation.
A. Fire: Identify a safe exit route and exit building.
B. Bomb Threat: Notify Campus Safety and await instruction.
C. Power Failure: Notify Campus Safety and await instruction
D. Earthquake: Remain calm and await further instructions from Campus
Safety.
E. Staff shall instruct students to gather all belongings prior to
evacuation, if time permits.
F. If Campus Safety is not available, staff will assess the
emergency and, when appropriate, direct
people to exits.
6.
Campus Safety will work with administrative staff to determine
whether classes will be dismissed.
7.
Direct people to nearest safe exits and evacuation routes, when
appropriate.
